Who we are
WorldBy.Com S.p.A is an authorised Tour Operator in accordance
with Italian and European law. We offer a complete service for
secure online booking for holiday and business accommodation at
selected properties in Europe. We currently list about 5000 properties
in 19 destinations ranging from prestige five star hotels in Paris,
elegant apartments in London, to rustic farmhouses in the Italian
countryside.
Since 2000 WorldBy.Com has become
one of the most dynamic and fast growing companies in Europe in
the online travel industry. WorldBy.Com continues to expand from
its strong base of expertise in the internet and tourism industries
brought to the company by its founding members. New properties
are added to the WorldBy.Com stable at a rate of 1500 per year
and we are continually developing new applications to make the
reservations service easier for our users.

Publications
WorldBy.Com has developed 19 online publications - stand alone
web sites - to profile the destinations in which we offer selected
properties. The destinations we provide are Italy - with speciality
sites for Florence, Tuscany, Rome and Venice - London, Paris,
the French Riviera, Amsterdam, Scotland, Ireland, Barcelona, France,
Spain, Prague, Vienna, Budadpest, a special site for Alps and
now, we have just launched our new publication Europe. Watch this
space for new destinations we will be offering in Europe over
the next year.
Customer Service
We are committed to providing our customers with all the information
they need to make a reservation within a few clicks of their mouse.
Our online publications contain detailed information including
30-40 images for each property. If travellers can't find what
they are looking for, they can ask our online Travel Advisors
- and get an answer within 60 minutes during European office hours.
We place the utmost importance on
a clear pricing policy. Unlike some online reservations operators
we guarantee users that book with us that the rates they see on
our site will be the price they pay. There are no hidden service
fees or taxes, and no surprise cancellation fees.* Meal treatment
is clearly stated and any extra costs over accommodation are clearly
listed on the page users see before entering any credit card details.
Through WorldBy.Com customers are
put in direct contact with the reservations person at each property.
There are no go-betweens, no extra costs and the accommodation
provider is able to give personal service that is not available
through regular online booking operators.
*Accommodation providers may charge cancellation
fees according to their own polices. All cancellation policies
are clearly stated in "Terms and Conditions" on the
booking pages.
